Interesting post from CSIS about China expanding electronic warfare in the South China sea. Looks like they could be jamming communication of US military aircraft in the region also. @N0WRL This takes me back to Cold War days in the early to mid 80’s when I was an Army communications specialist in West Germany, constantly searching for transmissions and completing MIJI (meaconing, intrusion, jamming, and interference) reports on everything from numbers stations to the Russian DUGA-3 OTH Radar, affectionately known as the “Russian Woodpecker”. Different technologies but in the end, serving the same purpose. Good info James!
