Well, it’s the Texas QSO Party weekend. I am not really a contest person, but as my family is away from the QTH this weekend, I thought I’d give it a try. I’m logging with WRL. Not sure I’ll have enough energy to continue on day 2 of the contest, but it’s certainly been worth trying at least once.

I hope you had a successful contest.
I registered for the contest but, unfortunately, propagation was not my friend. My EFHW wire couldn’t hear anything out of TX.

I, too, am new to the contesting world and have thought of just giving it a try and concerned that the whole thing won’t become overwhelming but I digress. My question is all these multipliers when it comes to computing the score, it appears no one has a complete example of how to calculate. have you found a site or an individual who has offered a better explanation to you yet??
