How do I or can I download WRL to my laptop?

First of all welcome to the community! WRL doesn’t currently have a desktop/laptop app. I always use the website. I’m sure you must know that they have a mobile app though, right?
@WB9ZPY Our desktop app is not released yet, but is coming. For your laptop you just use https://app.worldradioleague.com
There is a mobile app though as well, albeit not as full featured as the web app.

So for a laptop do I need a internet connection? The desktop I am not concerned about.
