I deleted my 13 Colonies SE logbook that I just created yesterday. I had merged my original 13 Colonies logbook that I created on the 2nd with the new 13 Colonies SE logbook I created on the 4th. How do I get the full 13 colonies SE logbook back that I deleted today?
@K5SMH When a logbook is deleted, its usually deleted which is why we have multiple steps and warnings shown before the deletion actually happens. However with that said we’ve been known to be able to restore qso’s.
I’ll talk to the team and see what we can do. How many contacts were in this deleted 13 colonies logbook?
@K5SMH Can you clarify a few things.
- have you deleted your event logbook ?
- Did you delete the contacts from the event logbook or did you simply move those QSO’s to a different logbook?
If you just moved the QSO’s from the event logbook and then deleted the event logbook you can simply just re-enroll in the event (which will create your event logbook again) and then you can use the QSO manager to move the QSO’s back to the event logbook.
Brad.
Thanks for getting back with me soon quickly.
I first created a log called 13 Colonies 2026. Used that log for several days. Then I saw that you had a 13 Colonies Event log. So, I created that logbook. Then I merged the 13 Colonies 2026 logbook into the newly created 13 Colonies Event logbook. That was easy, thanks for that feature! However, when I went to delete the 13 Colonies 2026 logbook, which now had zero entries, I deleted the 13 Colonies Event logbook instead, which now had all my entries, 21 entries. This, of course, was my mistake!
Now I am needing to get that 13 Colonies Event logbook back. Can you help me?
Best regards,
Steve K5SMH
