Continuing the discussion from Hi, just got my general license:

I’ve had my license since the Covid years, yet I feel like I need a little help really getting started. Is there anyone who might be able to mentor me to get started? I actually passed my AE test just by reading but don’t have any real experience.

You came to the right place!

A lot of people experience the same thing, so don’t feel bad about it. There is a big learning curve from getting your license to starting to operate proficiently.

I’d look into this as well. The club meetings are held at the Overland Park Christian Church located at 75th and Consor in Overland Park, KS (7600 W 75th St, Overland Park, KS 66204).
Meetings are held on the 2nd. and 4th. Fridays (January thru October).

The Meetings start at 7:00 PM.
