Noticed the last few days that when I enter the call sign of a POTA activator it is not auto populating the info like it was before.

You mean using the POTA Logbook, you enter a callsign and the information is not filled in automatically? Or is it using the normal logbook?

No as a hunter. It use to auto populate the frequency they were using when you would put in the call sign.
