Log uploading and membership

So I’ve been trying to upgrade my membership to a paid, every time I click on the membership I want it returns me to the home page. Also I’ve tried to upload my log in the adi file and it says my account hasn’t been authenticated yet when it has. Mac OS

Sorry you’re having some trouble.

I got your ticket you submitted and replied to it but i’ll post the same thing here.

Are you using the web app (ie: https://app.worldradioleague.com/)?

Looking in your account im not seeing any failed attempts to import an ADIF. How are you trying to import your old logbook?

Since you have a QRZ subscription you can use the QRZ integration at https://app.worldradioleague.com/integration/qrz and add your QRZ API key from your QRZ logbook and just automatically import your QSO’s from your QRZ logbook.

Also, which membership level are you trying to click on? Going into your account and then going to the membership page and clicking on the ‘Subscribe’ button underneath each of the options is opening up the stripe payment page.

If you can provide some screenshots and/or more details on what is happening (with both the import and membership) we’d be happy to help!

@W9TTW I deleted your post so your API key wasn’t visible to the world. Try going to the main page of the web app and doing a hard refresh (hold shift on your keyboard while clicking the refresh button in your browser). This will clear the cache for the site and pull any latest updates. I was just able to go into your account and enable QRZ import/export using your API key would any issues and your QSO’s are now importing into your logbook.

After doing the hard refresh let me know if you are still having trouble trying to goto the membership page and which subscription level you are attempting to click on.

Hey thanks log is showing up now I’m still getting returned to the home page when I select a membership level

@W9TTW Which membership level are you selecting and are you going there from the drop down underneath your profile icon like I showed in the screen recording?
