@M6NDQ Hey Steve

Are you using the mobile app on your ipad or are you using the web app in a browser? I just went in and checked your account and it looks like you have everything setup correctly. You have a QRZ subscription and If you goto the WRL web app (https://app.worldradioleague.com/) and then goto the ‘integrations’ page and then click on the first box that says “QRZ.COM Integration” you’ll see that 63 QSO’s have been exported to QRZ. You have auto export enabled so every time you log a contact in WRL its exporting that QSO to QRZ. It also looks like you have QRZ Call sign lookup enabled as well. I opened one of your logbooks and tested the call sign lookup with a callsign that isn’t in WRL and its pulling the callsign’s image and data from QRZ as expected.

Let me know if you have any questions or issues.

Hi Brad, thanks for getting back so quickly todays activations have gone through no problem but the ones in my home log are still there and not gone over, I am using the web, also is there a reason on the iPad app that the name of the call sign I am calling don’t come up, it does on my Mac and windows pc, thanks

@M6NDQ Hey Steve, For your ones in your home log you may have to do a manual push. To do this you can use the QSO Manager in the web app (‘Logbooks’ → ‘QSO Manager’) and then select the QSO’s you want to sent to QRZ and then click the ‘Export to QRZ.Com’ button.

As far as the mobile app goes, it should be the exact same as the web app. First thing i would try would go going to your settings and then unlinking QRZ and then re-linking it just to make sure something hasn’t gotten hung up.

Let me know if your still having problems with it and we can do a quick deep dive and see what might be going on for you.

A related topic. my WRL log doesn’t seem to sync confirmed QSO’s with QRZ, I have had several QSO’s confirmed for several days on QRZ but not on WRL. Is there something I need to do?

So far, very happy with the whole process.

@K4JIP Hey Cliff,

While we do pull in the QSO’s (and confirmations) when you import your logs from QRZ the problem is currently there is no way for us to know when the other callsign uploads their logs to QRZ and then QRZ confirms the contact. For example, if you make a contact and log that contact in WRL (or any other logging app for that matter) and those contacts get exported to QRZ, it may be a day, a week, a month, or whatever before the other user uploads their logs to QRZ and then QRZ confirms the contact so there’s really no way to know for sure when the contact gets confirmed on the QRZ side currently.

With all that said we are going to be looking into if there is a way via the QRZ API to only pull confirmations for QSO’s and if so we’ll add a button or some functionality for users to be able to ‘sync confirmations’.

I hope this makes sense.

The confirmations are on QRZ, so I know the other operators have uploaded their logs. Is there a way to sync the logs since it appears that it does not recognize the confirmations as “new” QSO’s and therefore “ignores” it.

@K4JIP Correct, I understand the qso’s you are referring to have been confirmed on QRZ however like I said for new QSO’s theres no way for us to know when qrz will confirm those contacts. One thing you could try is to delete a qso or two from your WRL logbook (that you know have been confirmed on QRZ) and then try and re-import them and see if they re-import with the confirmations.

Since we dont import duplicates that’s why its not recognize the confirmations of qso’s that are already imported. Like I mentioned in my previous reply we have a task added to look into the QRZ API and see if there is a way that we can import the confirmations of previously imported contacts.

Thanks, that answer clarifies your previous reply.
