It appears that I lost my streak on WRL, and I’m not sure how, because I have record from WRL (in ADIF format) showing I made contacts on the days my activity log shows none. I have contacts exported from WRL on the 8th and 9th of this month that I uploaded to QRZ, they are shown on QRZ, and WRL is behaving as if they aren’t there.
Today, I discovered I had been logged out of WRL, and that those contacts were no longer recorded in my logbook. At the time that I recorded them, I got no errors from WRL, and no indication that my session was stale. I was able to move in and out of other logbooks without issue.
This means that any contacts made from the time the new updates to WRL rolled out onward appear to have not been saved, despite being able to otherwise interact with the service just fine during that time.
What are the chances my streak could be restored if I can supply proof of contacts on these days? I was hoping to do a 365 day challenge, and it’s a huge bummer to lose it due to a technical issue when in fact I did make contacts (and record them to WRL!) on those days. I received no indication that the logs weren’t made.
@NR3D I am sure the WRL team will get you taken care of. The customer support here is top notch and the best I have ever seen. Great job on streak, I see you at 99 and once they fix it will push you over a 100! Best luck 73 WV1DAD
No worries, we can restore the contacts. It sounds like maybe you were using the mobile app and didnt’ update the app after the database upgrade. All your QSO’s are safe and we can restore them, i’ll also reach out to the team and have them fix your streak.

In this case I was using the web frontend; I think what happened is it didn’t give me any indication my session was invalidated, which I assume it was as a result of database upgrade.

I think i figured it out, I found 3 QSO’s in your “Dailies” logbook that weren’t there and added those and then i found 2 QSO’s in your “RemoteHam W2/Taconic” logbook that weren’t there and added those too. Are there more than that?
Just the Taconic logbook and Dailies should have been the only thing lost as I’m currently working on a remote QTH while fixing my home QTH antenna. Thanks for getting that. The UI shows 2 days for the streak, can that be fixed too or no? Otherwise I appreciate the help.
