LOTW import hung and in process for hours

I created an account provided LOTW credentials and it switched to “In Process” been going for hours. Won’t let me delete or stop job, won’t let me delete the LOTW log it created that is empty. AND Won’t let me import logs via file manually as it appears to be waiting on that LOTW job to quit. Need help.

@KJ5NCY Hey James Good Morning,

The LOTW imports are slow most of the time due how outdated things are with LOTW. However in this specific case its due to either invalid LOTW credentials or none found. You can see this by going to ‘Logbooks → Activity Log’ and then clicking on the ‘failed’ LOTW import (see below):

Going into your account into the LOTW integration settings it looks like you dont have any login credentials added.

Just goto World Radio League and then click the ‘Link with LOTW’ button and enter your login information and select the WRL logbook you want to import your QSO’s into.

Thanks. I was able to get it to stop trying by unlinking my LOTW account. That allowed me to upload my log I needed to upload. I might try to relink later but I think this will get me thru the rt 66 event.
