I’m Dave KA7RRA been a ham since 1983,and I’m from the Lake Stevens Washington Area.
I have decided to try POTA and I’m made my 1st park was at Saint Edwards Park in Kirkland and it went well. MY biggest problem I had was to figure out the export importing the log but a mirical happen and I got it done
I use a SGC antenna turner, with a modified 9 foot whip to 12, to A 857D in the mobile at 100 watts
Going to go to Rickreall ham-fest in Oregon this weekend and I’m hoping to activate Salem Capital Park

Sounds like fun, I am building a to-go box to power my rig anywhere. have fun
Enjoy POTA, I was a big POTA activator, doing about 155 new parks last year, slowed down POTA a lot this year since I invested into my home shack and now I chase rare DX, talk about fun
