Is there a way to put a note in the Notes Field before I start logging so the same note will appear on each called logged, without having to re-enter it for each call?

No, this is not offered.
But there is the following solution:
After you have logged all QSOs, you can filter these QSOs in the QSO Manager and use Bulk Edit to uniformly rewrite the Notes field for all selected QSOs.
