You can use WRL offline TODAY by using the mobile app: Mobile Apps - World Radio League
We will also be building a desktop downloadable version in the next few months

This is great news! Please allow the app to work in portrait mode. For an iPad, this is critical as that’s how the keyboards are implemented. Otherwise, use is limited in offline mode.
