When using the spotter tab or even monitoring POTA spots to the right of the logbook, can you make each logged contact highlighted on the spotter page? I find myself waiting in a pileup and finding out that I’ve already logged them earlier. I realize that the logbook with tell me it’s a duplicate after I click on their callsign but it would be nice to visually see what station I’ve contacted while scanning the spots and turning the dial. It can then reset after the new day starts. It would be a great tool to quickly get through the list. Thanks!
@K6NHL Hey Eric,
Inside your logbook in the “Spotting” tab, after you’ve double clicked and logged one of those contacts it will highlight green. You can also use the cat control app to double click the spots and it will tune your radio to that frequency and mode as well.

I don’t use cat control and those highlights only last until I start another log. They don’t stay highlighted.
@K6NHL Yes correct they only stay highlighted for the UTC day and wont ever stay highlighted indefinitely, thats on purpose.
For me, it only stays highlighted until the next log. Doesn’t matter what time UTC. So if I have the spotter open for POTA and there are 30 stations on the list, I can click on one to populate my log. Once I complete the sig reports and submit it, yes, it will highlight that one station. But when I click on another station I want to populate and eventually log, that one will now be highlighted and the station is logged previous, no longer is highlighted.
If I’m logging, say 15 stations withing 30 min or so, I’d like every one of those logged to be highlighted. Not just one at a time.
If that’s something that it already does, then my version isn’t working that way.
I’ve logged in and out a few times and its the same thing.
@K6NHL Hey Eric,
Yes that is how it currently works. Not just with one logged contact highlighted at a time. I would goto your logbook and then do a hard refresh (hold shift on your keyboard while clicking the refresh button in your browser), this will clear the cache for the site and pull the latest updates. It seems like somehow have a very old cached version.
Let me know if that still isn’t working.
