Hi there! I’m not sure if this is by design or a bug, but I figured I’d let it roam here till it’s deemed a bug or not.
Currently the activations count for many SOTA locations show a zero value, whereas Sotlas shows actual activations from the SOTA backend. For example; Antoine Peak W7W/WE-027 shows zero activations and Sotlas shows 62 for the same location. If this is only pulling from WRL data then it could be accurate (how would users verify?), but if there’s a way to pull the data from the SOTA backend I believe that would be preferred by the community.

Last Activated On: (blank)
Number of Times Activated: 0
Your Activations: 0 | Hunted: 0 (true, I haven’t activated or hunted this spot)
Edit: It appears that this is also the way that POTA behaves. With most POTA around me showing just a few or zero activations, it definitely leads me to believe that only the activations logged via WRL add to this count. I feel that this number should reflect the overall numbers from the sources of the activities; else, the user will have to navigate away from WRL to verify stats as they won’t be able to trust the data, who’s to say the location hasn’t been removed or changed if WRL isn’t pulling live count data?
