WRL export logs to QRZ.com to include Transferring location and Park information in each QSL

As a new user, I have to say, I am enjoying this new platform. I have noticed when I export my log from WRL to QRZ.com, not all the data is transferred. Would it be possible to include the location and the park number in the transfer? If so, could it be displayed in QRZ.com under “NOTES” for each QSL?

@KO4OSL Hey Lester,

Since there is often data already in the ‘notes’ field inside WRL, we would need to concatenate the park number into the notes field when pushing the data to QRZ. I’ll talk to the team about how to handle this type of situation.

Thank you for getting back with me on this. I thought if WRL is meant for POTA field contacts that it should probably retain the park location information on transfer.

@KO4OSL Of course! We do retain that information in your logs in WRL. The issue is that there isn’t any fields in QRZ specifically for pota (ie; SIG, MY_SIG, SIG_REF, MY_SIG_REF, etc) so we no where by default to pass that information into QRZ without doing something like concatenating the data into another default field in QRZ. I hope this makes sense.
