Yagi antennas are the best antenna because they are like a signal concentrator. If you need to point a signal in a given direction, yagis get the job done. They also are great for satellite work where you need to pinpoint your signal on that bird in the sky.

The more elements, the better for yagis. But sometimes, even a three-element yagi gets the job done!

The Yagi antenna, it is such a cool antenna. I haven’t got to use one yet, but I am excited for when that time comes. I plan to also build a Yagi antenna, I will follow the guide on how-to-build-a-Yagi from Ham Radio Prep.
