Add Notes to the Activity Locations so Operators can Chat about it

I used to do geocaching. One helpful feature they had was each cache had an area for input by the users. Input like, watch out for poison ivy, watch out for bees nest, items like this. It would be nice to know before I reached a park what issues the last activator had. One I would find helpful is if the activator was able to say, there is no internet here. Or maybe parking is sparse. Just a place for an operator to interact with the potential activator. Just a thought.
