Hey there! Loving this logger so far. I moved my whole master log over this morning from N3FJP.
I was thinking it would be great to have a small column added that shows an icon for any log entries which contain POTA/SOTA/WWFF details, etc…
I’m guessing it wouldn’t work for any of my past log entries from N3FJP, but it would be cool to see POTA activation/hunting contacts at a glance with any I’ve logged using WRL.
Thanks for all of your work on this app. It’s really great so far!
LOVE to hear that! Welcome! Are you meaning like inside your logbook in the ‘Logs’ Tab? You can currently do this via the ‘QSO manager’ in the web app (https://app.worldradioleague.com/log-contacts/qso-manager) and select the ‘Columns’ button at the top to filter out certain fields but I do think being able see this within your logbook would be a good addition!
Thanks again for the support! REALLY means alot to us all!
Stay tuned we’ve got ALOT of cool stuff coming soon in addition to adding most of the other ‘OTA’ (On the Air) activities too
Hi Brad!
Thanks for the tip about the column filter. I just think it would be cool to have an “at a glance” indicator in the main view that shows the little icons you guys have developed in the row with the QSO to make it easier to see quickly which contacts are activity based.
I’m excited to see how this platform develops, though it’s already in a great place IMO.
I appreciate the response and I hope you have a great week.
@K0TFL Yeah for sure! I think that would be a good addition. I’ll add it as a feature request. I can’t promise a timeline currently but we will get to it. Just currently buried with getting the last minute changes ready for WRTC 2026 and Field Day along with our regular weekly updates.
Yeah for sure, we have a GREAT community! Once we get through some of these major things we’ll be right back at it with new features and upgrades. We are also working on adding some WRL specific contests and OTA activities to bring more fun into the hobby!
Great feature request here guys, this is in our list to work on! We plan on adding many missing columns to this list, as well as making it configurable to suit different needs.
