As I use the site more and more I am collecting some wish list features I hope could be added.
- Spots showing comments by default. I actually end up using a different spot network on another screen for this currently. (Wondering if WRL spots make it out to larger spotting networks also?) (I know we discussed on YT, but just adding it here)
- Option to change or default to khz entry vs mhz. Sometimes out of years of habit, I enter as khz and it screws up log and export integrations. Would flow better faster also to avoid periods.
- Would be really nice to have major award info pop up after callsign entry along with Name and QTH data. Something like “New DXCC” or “New Grid” and the reverse “DXCC Confirmed”. For the POTA guys, maybe “New Park”
- I would like to see a better more fluid interface for awards as a major feature. Preferably off the left menu directly with clear info on tracking info of what you have and what you need and what awards are available.
- I know you mentioned On Air status built on spots, but what about a toggle? Or maybe activate upon logging something?
- On Mobile app, I finally tried it today. I am not sure I will use it much yet because the log only has Callsign RST and State. So it does not log Freq, Band, Mode, etc? I had to go in and edit the contact I added while mobile to enter that info later when I got home. I am hoping ther eis something I am missing, but if not, I would really hope of adding all basic data entries of a QSO on the mobile logger.
- Ability to add contests (maybe for approval? Not sure) that are not listed. Also would love to see QSO parties split up between in state and out of state for leaderboards. In state will ALWAYS overwhelmingly smoke out of state. LOL Or maybe use one contest and split the leaderboards somehow? I am sure same goes for a lot of DX DX Contests.
Excited to see where the project goes. I am all in already.
