Creation of a Net Control Log that integrates with WRL Logbook

I was wondering what the possibility would be of creating a spreadsheet style page that would allow for a Net Control station to enter in the callsign of someone who is checking into a net into say, column one, and have it populate a list of columns to the right of the name that would correspond to information about the individual to make managing nets easier. Either that or having it work as any other logbook except for the requirement to only enter in the callsign and then the logbook populates all of the other information about the individual. I would think it might be a way to get clubs as a whole to begin to utilize WRL as a club instead of just a few members.
