Forgot to update billing, lost founding number, any way to recover?

I know you sent and reminder email, and I had it on my to do list to update the billing info as I knew the card on file was no longer valid… but I hadn’t got to it yet and now it appears I have lost my founding member number :frowning:
Is there any way to now update my billing info and recover my founding number?

I think we can as long as that number hasn’t already been re-assigned. Do me a favor and submit a bug report through the web app (World Radio League) so we have it created as a ticket and I’ll reach out to the team and see what we can do.
