My name is Dirk and I currently reside in California. I passed my Technician license a few weeks ago and then passed my General license a few days ago. Now I am working on my Extra license. I have some of the Baofeng radios and have recently tried 2 meters. It has been kind of fun and I have been able to connect with many people from various local radio clubs.
I purchased a new Yaesu FT DT10 but haven’t set it up yet.
Presently I am reading a lot about my different antenna options. Not sure which way to go yet…
