Love your logging program, however I have activated a couple of park and have not been able to import them into my main logbook. Could you explain the process to me. thank you.

@KD9JYN Hey John,
Most people it seems just keep individual logbooks per pota activation since each pota logbook has all the park data and extra data for being able to re-export them again if they ever needed. However if you wanted to merge the contacts from a pota logbook into one main logbook you can use the ‘QSO Manager’ (‘Logbooks’ → ‘QSO Manager’) and select the QSO’s you want to merge and then click the ‘move to logbook’ button to select a logbook to move the contacts into.
One thing to note is that the contacts that you move/merge will no longer be in the original logbook. Also, I would suggest changing the logbook template of your ‘main’ logbook to the ‘All Fields’ template prior to moving the contacts.
You can do this by going into your main logbook and then clicking the logbook template name (in your case ‘Default WRL’) in the quick settings menu bar (see screenshot) and then selecting the ‘All Fields’ template. and saving your changes.
Since you are a premium member you could also (prior to moving the contacts) create a new logbook template by going to World Radio League and clicking the ‘Create New Template’ button. From here you add ANY and all fields you would want, as well as secondary logging fields, quick settings, re-arrange the logging fields, etc etc etc. Then save that template and then update your ‘main’ logbook template to the one you just created. Then you could move all your QSO’s from your pota activation to the ‘main’ logbook. Again remember, those QSO’s you move will no longer be in the original pota activation logbook.
I hope this all makes sense, but if doesn’t or if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Thanks & 73
