I’m new to WRL but this looks like an amazing tool! I had been logging via direct entry to QRZ for home or by entering into POTA.app’s logging page, downloading the ADIF, and importing that ADIF to QRZ.
I’d like to keep my POTA contacts separate in WRL to avoid intermingling the locations. I started by importing my log in entirety from QRZ as an ADIF and loaded it into WRL as one “HF log” logbook.
How could I go about splitting the historical POTA activations I’ve done into separate ‘POTA activation’ logs? I’ve done 15 activations and they’re all in the past year, so it’s not a terrifyingly large number of QSOs at least.
So what most people do is they just do their activations using either the mobile or web app and when you setup your logbook per each activation it keeps things separated by nature.
What you could do (if you haven’t already) since you have a QRZ subscription is to delete your logs in WRL and use the QRZ import integration ( World Radio League ) and import your QSO’s from QRZ (this will also bring in any confirmations you have currently in QRZ).
Then you can create new logbooks per each activation (see the loom video below) and then use the QSO manager to move your QSO’s from each activation into their respective new logbook.
