Noticed that I lost my streak that I had despite the fact that I have logged for the last couple of days. It says my streak ended today, but then goes on to say that my current streak is 3 days long.
The math isn’t mathing ![]()

@W2DIY That’s extremely odd. Let me reach out to the team to take a look.

@W2DIY Are you saying the badges at the top next to your profile pic are gone?
@K4AZE So the badges still appear at the top
But if you look at the screenshot from my original post, it says “Current Streak: 3 Days” but then also shows "Longest Streak: 11 Days [Jun. 2, 2025 - Jun. 12, 2025]
Based on the dates (and based on my activity map to support it as well) my streak should be 12 or 13 days long right now if that makes sense.
@W2DIY I see ok. Just so you are aware the streaks only are for contacts logged inside WRL and not for imported contacts. Just wanted to make sure you knew that. We’re still looking into this on our end.
Thanks & 73
Brad K4AZE
@K4AZE I only log with WRL directly for all of my contacts which is why I found it weird that the streak changed. I actually don’t think I’ve ever imported anything to WRL since I started using it when I first got my license.
@W2DIY Loyalty
i ike it hehehehe. Ok no worries we’re digging into currently. i’ll reach back out shortly after we’ve figured it out.

I think, I know the answer.
The definitions are different:
The activity map shows on which days you had contacts.
The streak checks whether the interval was less than 24 hours.
Example:
one contact yesterday at 02:00 UTC and one contact today at 03:00 UTC. Activity maps shows on both day an activity. But the daily streak is broken because time difference was 25 hours.

@HB9EVT This could be correct. I’ll pass this along.

Hi Brad @K4AZE
Has the definition of “daily” changed in any way?
73 Pepe
Hi Brad @K4AZE
But now it’s strange:
You’ve logged a contact today
Your streak is safe for today.
My last contact was yesterday in local time and yesterday in UTC.

@HB9EVT Pepe is this on dev or prod? Just a heads up we do various bug fixes on production as priority but those are merged back in dev later so if this is on dev it might be related to the bug fixes we pushed to production the other day that haven’t been merged into dev yet.
Thanks & 73
Brad K4AZE
That was DEV. @K4AZE
Good to know, that DEV is not updated at same time.

@HB9EVT Pepe,
Sometimes it is, others its not. Like I said, sometimes we have to push hot fixes to production to fix an immediate issue and then later those changes get merged into the dev environment. The dev environment isn’t a typical staging site that we use to then push to production its basically just for us to test new features or changes to ensure everything works as expected. I hope this helps.

Yes, yes, that’s how I understood it too. Depending on the current situation (time constraints and priorities). I can relate to that and accept it.
Only beta testing will be somewhat difficult if the beta platform is not newer than the production site. ![]()
So it would be desirable to consistently implement all bug fixes also on the beta testing platform (although it doesn’t matter if this is done a day or two later than on production site).

For the daily streak you have now to log a contact until 23:59 UTC of the next UTC-day.
This is a good solution. Tnx.
