Linux link to upload QSO's

Hi! I waited on the HRD update, I was using WSJTX V3.0.0
I got so sick of it all I have moved everything to linux - Mint ( Well everything that could come over!
all i want is an ip or the patch to run so that I don’t have to make sure I upload every day!

I know you get a lot of requests and this probably at the bottom of the pile but, I want things to run smoothly, so that’s why there is no more HRD & no more programs that don’t want to share! Please have a look at it sometime soon. All i really need is a 127.0.0.1:2238 or similar?

@VK4SHG Good morning. I’m not really understanding what you’re asking here. Can you elaborate?

Thanks & 73

Don’t worry about it. i realise from reading the articles posted here that the Linux app is a fair way down the importance list. So I’ll just come back & check periodically. I used to like the weekly challenge so, I’ll probably come back if the Linux app becomes available.

Good luck with it all! It looks great!

@VK4SHG the desktop app is very VERY high on the roadmap, and likely coming in the next few months. The desktop app will work on windows, mac, and linux. if that is what you are asking.

@VK4SHG we are definitely prioritizing desktop app!

And thank you for your VIP support :folded_hands:t2: it means a lot that you are supporting WRL even though it doesn’t work just right for you yet. We will work hard every day until it does!

Thanks All,
When the app works I’ll come back but, for the moment it seems pointless.

Thanks for getting back to me!

I am providing you a pre-release linux build of the cat control app below. This will be released on the site hopefully later today once we get the other builds complete for this updated release.

Hi Brad,
Thanks for that! I accidentally signed out of the account and only found your email today!

If you haven’t already had feedback on it I’ll get back to you in a few hours!

Thanks for that!
Scott

Had a little trouble getting it to start but, it was just Linux holding port 2238 for some reason. Once that was fixed it worked like a dream!

Thanks for all you and your teams efforts!!
