Live Contacts on Globe view?

Globe view is now just blank, is this normal? Is it awaiting an update, Or?

@F5VJC Globe view on the home page or inside your logbook under ‘map’ and then you customized the map to be the globe view?

Thanks, but in order to see the Globe View, from the Home page, I have to click, ‘View All’ from ‘Most recent Contacts’ to bring up the selection of either, List View, Globe View or Map View. I can then select Globe View, this does work.
However, I’m sure Globe view used to be activated automatically from starting the program, now I only get a white globe circle with no map or data, is this correct?

I’m asking if you are referring to the globe view that shows when you first open the web app (app.worldradioleague.com) or if you are talking about the globe view inside your logbook under map with the globe view option turned on.

I’m assuming you are referring to the globe view on the homepage when you first open the app. If so, yes it should be shown. I’ll reach out to the team and have them take a look

Hi, yes, Globe view on the homepage, just a white globe shown with no data. Also in My Log only Map view is available, the error message shown above is produced when selecting Globe view.
I am using Win 10 and Chrome browser. I have enabled WebGL in Google flags but no change.

I have now cleared this problem, it was due to some Chrome browser setting. All good now thanks. 73 F5VJC
