When entering a paper log from the previous day, it would be good if we could opt to hold the date so you don’t have to change the date on every log entry. Default would be unchecked. Maybe add a hover to it something like, “Keep the date as whatever you set it to until you uncheck this box or change the date.”

Might as well do this one too if we’re in there:
Add a “Hold the Time” checkbox, default unchecked.
This way, you only have to update the minutes most of the time instead of the hour and minutes. Time and date entry is one of the more annoying parts of paper log entry.
It’s possible you could add a combo “Hold Date and Time” that does both. Maybe the brainiacs on your team could figure that one out, see if it makes sense? Not sure which would be better off the top of my head.
