Logging POTA from paper logs - entering time

I use paper logs for pota.. When done with activation, I will then manually enter the information into a log book in WRL. However; the time is current UTC time and I need to change this for each entry. Is there a way to tell system not to use current time? Is there an easy way to transfer data from paper logs.

This might be a little inverse to what you would like, but the POTA.app site has a manual log entry feature that will allow you to do that. You can type your logs in there, and then import the ADIF that generates into your WRL log.
