Our newest version of our mobile app has MAJOR UPDATES for 100% reliability when you are in a spotty internet connection or fully offline! 
In our latest release, we ALWAYS store contacts in the offline database first, and then sync them to the cloud.
So even if you move in and out of internet service, you will never lose a contact.
In our previous version of the app, our app would detect if you were online or offline and try to write to the online database if it detected if you were online. This caused some issues in spotty internet connections.
The app also has enhancements to call sign lookup, and comma separated logging is now supported (GREAT for POTA logging).
