First, THANK YOU for the video. You have no idea how helpful this is in understanding what users are referring to.
So for the first thing you highlighted this is actually the expected behavior because for an activation (whether POTA, SOTA, WWFF, ETC) the location you are logging from should always be the park location instead of your home location (or a saved location), so we pull the location from the park information.
If you are hunting, then it could be your home location, custom location, or saved location etc but with that said in this case (hunting) you wouldn’t put the park in the quick settings bar like you were showing this would only be for activating. The hunted park information would be added to the ‘Their Park’ or ‘Their Summit’, etc fields.
I have created a template called ‘WRL POTA/SOTA/WWFF/IOTA Hunter Template’ that has all the fields need for hunting.
As for the frequency thing you showed, we will be adding logbook settings that will allow users to ‘lock’ the mode, frequency, etc as needed so it persists.
