A local network connection option for RigCtrl / Hamlib radios.
For those of us using FT-Control on Mac for Yaesu radios, all we should need is the ability to select the correct port.
Right now, I’ve got a Radio Server set up, and other software that I have is able to connect to the local mac IP address and use CAT control.
While the current Hamlib options require us to select a serial port, I did noticed this beta model for the FlexRadio SDR-1000 that appears to only require a local network port be selected. (Using this model obviously doesnt work, but it seems that a HamLib model with this local IP address and port number should do the trick.)
Should work with localhost:5001 (or whatever port number the user sets up).
Is this possible?
