Hello, can anyone help me solve the CAT problem with my FT-897D and FT-857D radios? When I connect both radios to the CAT, they start switching between VFOs continuously. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Buen dia mi radio en el yaeso ft897d y el la configuracion de programa de cat lo puse en el ft897 y se conecto y dejo el problema solo sigo con problemas con el hermano el ft857 ese si no lo he soluciona ,pero lo uso me toca solo con el primero

To be clear, I have an FT-857D which switches between 2 frequencies, both of which I had just used, so they are not random. CAT Control is setting the radio alternately between the 2 frequencies so the baud rate and comport setting are correct. I hope to get this working.

I use that setup, corrected for FT857 and comport. CAT works. WRL changes the frequency once per second, and the frequencies in the WRL display match the radio frequency. I suspect WRL does what many programs do, reading the radio. In case someone manually changes the radio, WRL catches it. And something goes wrong.
