When logging for field day using 2 radios both using the club call. Both on the same WiFi. One radio on 40 meters, one on 20 meters. Occasionally one radio would change bands. It seemed to be related to a change made by the second radio. Anyone else experience this? Radios used were ICOM 7300 and ICOM 7300MII. Both laptops were windows 10 machines. We used the cat control desktop app and logged via browser.
@W4JVO In this use case you both need to be using the desktop app and not the stand alone cat control app (now called WRL Integrations app).

I experienced the same thing, two laptops, both using the desktop app, 1 with cat control the other without, (couldn’t get the ts-480 to talk back and forth, we narrowed it down to a cable issue possibly) but however, I did notice sometimes when the 2nd operator, (non connected radio) would make a band change. He would find an open frequency and park on it so changing the band/frequency was not needed. It only happened 1 or twice, I was doing search and pounce so I was constantly changing frequencies. That may have overridden something the other laptop was doing.
