Probably a dumb question, but I’m not sure and I think I logged incorrectly for the state qso party.
When logging a contact for a state QSO Party contest, there is the “Serial Number” box. Am I entering the serial number I’m giving for the other person during that contact, or am I inputting the number that they are giving me?
