Western Australia (WA) defaults to Washington (WA)

Hello,

I live in Western Australia. In my profile my state Western Australia defaults to Washington although I correctly enter my country as Australia. It messes up my logbook that I had to delete again and the bandconditions et al are incorrect. How can I work around this ?

Thank

@VK6BLU Hey Johan,

Sorry you’re having some trouble. What is your correct 6 character grid square?

@VK6BLU This looks to be showing correctly now (see below).

As far as the band conditions go, we pull from a neutral source and its not specific to any one location.

Hi !

It is OF78vb

Thanks !

I have entered 2 QTH’s, one is in Floreat OF78vb, the other is correctly displayed in Jurien Bay. It is the Floreat one I use the most. In Jurien Bay I often use my advanced licence call sign VK6RJ. Should I make 2 profiles ?

@VK6BLU No, there is no need to create two profiles. Im only seeing 1 operating location in your account. You can set this by going into the web app and then go to your profile then click ‘My operating locations’ and create a saved location for the second location. As shown in the previous screenshots there is currently only 1. I just went into your account and created the second and labeled it ‘Floreat’. You can go into your operating locations and then change the name, etc as you’d like.

If you want to keep the logs separate between the two I would just create a second logbook and when creating the logbook just set the location (see below) to ‘Floreat’ (or whatever you change the name to). This can also be set via your logbook settings.

Here is a screen recording going over all of this:
