@KE2GLS There are so many different ways that you can use the cat control app that is almost impossible for us to have a do-all guide. As far as rig control goes you simply make sure you have your baud rate set in your radio properly, set the radio type in the cat control app, com port and baud rate and connect the radio.
As for the UDP listeners, again there are so many ways this can be used and you need to setup the ports properly across all the different apps your wanting to use.
