How do I get support? I logged my POTA today (first time
) and when I went to download it for POTA.app, the download has my call sign as Katie…so I checked my WRL profile and sure enough my call sign is entered as Katie…but when I went to change it to my call sign K8EDX it says it’s taken 
I don’t have another account (that I know of) and I don’t want to lose my logs. Thanks for any help

@K8EDX1 Hey Katie,
Sorry you’re having some trouble. So it looks like you have two accounts. One with the callsign ‘KATIE’ and one with your normal callsign ‘K8EDX’. The one with your real callsign has 3 logbooks (‘HF Log’, “POTA 2026”, & ‘UHF/VHF’). I’m going to combine both accounts into one account for you. I’m going to just send you an email directly so you dont have to worry about trying to create a ticket/bug report, as I dont want to put your email address and person info on the community page.
