I’m an idiot. I occasionally will startup WRL CAT control and connect to my rig and completely forget to activate listening for WSJT-X. I make a bunch of contacts and realize they aren’t in my log. Off I got into the WSJT-X log folder, open the ADI log file in ADIF Master, scroll to the bottom, highlight the missed contacts, extract them to an ADIF, go back to WRL Logbook and import them. What a pain in the arse. So, since I’m an idiot, I’d LOVE for you to add one or both of these options to WRL CAT Control ASAFP:
1 - In the GUI for WRL CAT Control have the option to connect rig control at startup and to start the last or a specific listener at startup
2 - Command line options to send to WRL Rig Control for Rig Type, COM Port, Speed, Connection Rig, Listener Type, Listener Port, Connect Listener
The latter would be a great option for folks that have multiple rig types and/or multiple listeners and then they could create shortcuts to switch between them quickly
