Did an activation today, using my phone as I’ve done 28 times so far, downloaded file then went to upload to QRZ cannot upload to QRZ. Whats going on? Last week on the maps there were no states listed at pin drops, now I can load my files. Cmon! Now I just tried to upload to POTA for credit and that’s not working. Can’t begin to tell you how upset I am 102 QSO’s I can’t claim. Guess it’s time to get a new log provider
Sorry you’re having some trouble. Looking at your logbook (US-1537) it looks like all your contacts are there but there is no band set for any of the contacts in the logbook. This looks like the band isn’t getting auto set because when you entered the frequency you didn’t add the decimal (ie: 14.282 ) instead you put 14282. The band is required when exporting to both QRZ and POTA (see screenshot).
I would use the web app and goto the QSO manager and then filter by that logbook, select all the QSO’s in the logbook and then bulk update to fix the frequency and band.

I messed up and I’ll own it, in frequency I left it 14282 instead of 14.282 my apologies.
@KF8BGX No worries at all. It happens to the best of us. You can use the QSO manager to bulk update all the QSO’s in the logbook by filtering by logbook. Once you update the frequency it should auto update and add the mode as well.
Will we be getting the option to use kHz instead of Mhz?
@WB0ICT Yes, it will be a logbook setting. its on the list and coming in the future. (also, i got your bug report but can’t reply to your ticket since you are using the apple privacy email relay. We are looking into it).
