CAT - 1.1.3 .RPM download issue

I’m unable to download the CAT v1.1.3 .rpm file. I’m getting the error message “this XML file does not appear to have any style informagion assoiated with it. The document tree is shown below”." I’ve tried using both Brave and Chrome browsers, but get same error.

Anyone else having this problem?
