My club will be using WRL as the logbook for NYS QSO Party tomorrow , on my computer that already has WRL. Should I create a separate account for the club ?

@K3UK Yes, I would suggest creating a second account specifically for the club.
It will just make things a little cleaner in my honest opinion. Also, we have SEVERAL updates coming in the next month or so centered around club logging and club contesting that will make things easier and more robust.
