Could multiple club members log into “club” account at same time and all log for field day?

@K9BDH Hey Bradley,

Yes, you would just create a new account using the club callsign and then share the login credentials with the club members. Additionally once the logbook is created you can click the club callsign in the top left of the logging window (see screenshot) and then change the callsign type to ‘club’ (see second screenshot). That’s all there is to it. We have several changes centered around ‘club’ logging coming in the future those changes just aren’t ready to go live just yet. I am asking again, because I would like to use a club call exactly in that matter with WRL in October.

@HB9EVT Yes, I saw the message and yes that’s why I said they can share the login credentials. It wont cause any issues if multiple people are logging on the same account at the same time.

What about a GOTA station using a separate call sign from the rest of the club?

Here is a thread that explains the GOTA station setup requirements. It will need a separate account due to the requirements of using a unique callsign.
