Hello. I am excited to use WRL for our upcoming events as it solves so many problems.

How do we log a club activation using the same callsign at different locations?

Scenario. I am one of the founding members of the CT POTA Activators Group-WB1CT.

-A radio club comprised of CT POTA enthusiast. We primarily operate during the POTA SYP weekends where members go to many different CT Parks and activate under the WB1CT Club Callsign. We often operate in different parks simultaneously. We log under WB1CT but spot on the POTA sight as WB1CT/R1 through R20 (add R=rover and number of operator). This allows us to spot our callsign at different parks at the same time without kicking each other off the spotting site. At the end of the weekend, each operator will submits their log to me and I upload them to the POTA and QRZ site.

It would be cool if we could run one log at the same time linked by the WRL as if we were doing field day BUT we will be at different sites.

Is it possible to do a multi operators field day event at different PARKs/sites?

@K1PCN Hey Peter,

So you would need to share the club account login details to each person that would be using the club call, have them log into the web app and create their logbooks separately (for each park they would be at) since the logbook locations get set based on the park location.

Then they can set the callsign inside the logbook.
