Hi friends, what is the best way to have multiple operators (4) logging for field day as a club entity? This is 4 separate radio stations on site but all logging as our club call sign. Does everybody just log into the club account at the same time? Can you have multiple people logging into the same log file simultaneously? Or does each operator log separately on a WRL instance and then merge the logs? Any help/tutorials appreciated! 73

Yes the easiest way to do this is for each operator to login to the club account separately and then you’ll each need to go into the logbook and click the club call sign right above the logging fields and then change the callsign type to club and enter your operator callsign underneath. I’ve attached screenshots to help. Let me know if you have any questions! You may not see this exact thing currently on production (the live site) but it will be there in the next day or so. We are finalizing some changes
