New to the whole confirmation thing and not sure how it works. But I have two confirmation requests. They are both in my logs, so I’m not sure why I’m getting the requests. I noticed that the time stamp for each contact was off from what’s in my logs; one by 1 minute and the other by 3 minutes. Is this the reason I’m getting the confirmation requests? I don’t need to import those contacts or create a new one because they already exist. If I change the time stamps in the respective logs will that confirm the contacts?
No there is a timeframe window for the QSO’s so they dont have to match exactly to the minute. We did have an issue with the confirmation requests where it was sending out a confirmation even though the contacts were already confirmed. We pushed a fix for this yesterday or the day before though. When did you get the email for the confirmations?
@KJ4TCW Ok yea that tracks then. Like i mentioned we pushed a fix for this a day or so ago so this was most likely sent out right before we pushed the updates.
