In this weekend’s contest, duplicates didn’t show up from contacts that were made on day one and then made again on day two (same band). It took an extra step to search each contact to see if it was actually a duplicate. In future contests that last 2 days, can the contest log detect duplicates for the entire contest?
@K5JZZ Hey Steve, the dupe detection logic is contest wide and not for a specific time period. I didn’t have this issue and any contact I started to log that I had previously logged showed up as a dupe.
Are you logging on the web app or the mobile app (highly NOT recommended as the mobile app is not meant for contest logging currently).
I would suggest going into your account and doing a hard refresh (hold shift while clicking the refresh button in your browser this will clear the cache for the web app and pull the latest).
