FTX-1 support in WRL CAT Control

Morning from the UK, having issues connecting to the FTX-1F this morning. Yesterday I had no issues, but at the moment when I connect, it tracks the VFO in the CAT window & in the WRL logging window, but won’t change to the frequency/band of the spot that’s selected. Also a change from yesterday is that the CAT control meter swings back & forth from Max to Min, it stayed pinned right previously. I’ve monitored the radio connection to the PC & all seems fine. I’ve restarted radio, PC etc a few times with no change.

Is anyone else having similar issues?

Tried a different radio (FTdx-10) & that works fine.

All OK this morning.

@M7FTM Try closing the cat control app and then unplugging the radio from the computer then re-plugging it. I know it sounds counter productive. Also double check all your settings.

Good afternoon, same version. Was fine yesterday & now seems to be ok again.

Morning Brad,

Started working again, didn’t change anything from earlier. I do get the power setting appear on the radio screen a couple of times when connecting.

Will try the procedure the next time I have issues, thanks for the suggestion.
