How to log W1AW/xx YOTC contacts?

I just worked W1AW/KP4 on 12M. In WRL, It wants to place the contact location as CT. But the actual location is Puerto Rico. Is there a way to overide the location that wrl pulls from qrz?

@KE4DRJ According to QRZ, CT is the actual location. Did the operator say they were in Puerto Rico?

If you want to update the mapping of the contact you can manually edit the contact and add in a grid square in Puerto Rico such as FK68qf or use the Maidenhead Grid Square Locator Map ( Amateur Radio Ham Radio Maidenhead Grid Square Locator Map ) and use that to get the grid square. This will update the mapping.

Thank you for the info. I’ll manually update the grid square. They were in Puerto Rico. This contact is part of the W1AW year of the club, where ops in each call area activate as W1AW/xx.
